I've always known that I wanted to become a real estate investor, but growing up in Hawaii it was near impossible to afford living on my own, and I really enjoyed my "party years" and felt I was not ready to take on such an endeavor. 

I have enjoyed calling my leads personally.  

Also, I have had many enjoyable long term connections with buyers.

If you and your fiancé are mountain people and like all the hiking trails, or enjoy farmers market, and local events, I would encourage you to consider living more west.

I don't enjoy it, and am not great at it.  

I enjoy that area more with the restaurants, shopping, and golf courses but that caters to what I like to do with my free time.  

You, on the other hand, are very well spoken, I always enjoy your coments.

He enjoys most of the work and I do too but, we cannot continue to go at this snail pace and I'm looking for help.  

I was successful, but my portfolio wasn't large enough to reach "critical mass" where I could quit my day job.As all of you know, life has a way of living itself, and I found much enjoyment in carving out a meandering path in my life, rather than a straight line.
