Agree with @Dion DePaoli, unless you mean using the end buyer's funds, to fund your A-B purchase, a Dry closing.  

So I lowered it to $94K,  The showings have dried up the past couple of weeks.

After completed, I found that one of my steak knives in my drying rack had caulk all over it.

But as long as I do not repeat any mistakes, it will be okay.Yesterday I did a dry run at the courthouse on the day for eviction cases - I was suprised to learn that 90% do not even show up to court.

We have a full dry basement that is 50% below ground and as such has great windows/lighting throughout.
