As the title says, I would like to purchase a few (or a couple of larger) multifamily properties to cash-flow at least $10K per month (ideally $12K/mo.).The criteria are mainly:-B-class properties/locations (i.e. no "ghetto" properties)-Professionally managed by a reputable/trustworthy company (not fly-by-night operations)-Looking mainly in Texas DFW, San Antonio, Austin, Houston) & Wisconsin (Milwaukee and surrounding areas)What kind of investment would this require?

Get something in an A or B class area and a good agent and you should be able to tell whether they are good during a time as a buyer representative and they can then lease it for you and you might be able to manage remotely and save on the pm fee or a pm company will take it on.

Investing is building wealth over a period of time.Focus on making as much money as you can with your W-2 job and then dump some money into a LTR over a period of time.Put the money in slowly so you can get accumulated with your network(PM Company, contractor, etc) and then scale faster as you are more comfortable.Then after you accumulate some properties, determine if you can scale back your hours at work to go from Full-time to part-timebest of luck
