Water heater failing
31 January 2019 | 8 replies
A broken dip tubeEvery water heater has a “dip tube” that’s responsible for pushing the incoming cold water down to the bottom of the tank to be heated. After that cold water is heated, it rises to the top of the tank where it can be pulled out whenever you need hot water somewhere in the house. But if that dip tube breaks or falls off, incoming cold water no longer gets pushed to the bottom of the tank.

For that reason I believe rent prices are starting to heat up and I think will continue to heat up.If people only bought in places where they got the 1% rule then there would be a lot of markets out there where people weren't buying, which obviously isn't the case.

What are the pros and cons of a VA loan?
28 March 2019 | 15 replies
This is a pro & con, because depending on the property, location, etc. this may not be ideal. The VA has more strict inspection criteria for the property and will not provide a loan if the property is not habitable. 5 major things they look for are structural issues, pests, security issues, electrical issues and heating issues.I know this is a lot to consider, but if you want to dive into the details of any of these items, please feel free to reach out to me in a private message and I'll help explain things further. In my opinion, the pros by far outweigh the cons.
