Hi everyone I am new to BP and new to real estate investing, but have been browsing the site for a little while now and even have the app on my Iphone 5.

Oh, one more thing, there is now an app called Cashflow Calculator in the app store.

Well I'm definitely hoping for an Android app.

I just used my cell phone for mine.

I generally do first come, first serve - though if I had 2 applicants and one is clearly (and documentably) better, i'll go with the better app.

Strange I can find it on a browser, but not the IPad app.

Can you DL this app on your smart phone, upload all of your facts and figures, and then hit "share" on the app's result's page, export to text, and post in this thread?

Hi Josh, I have tried both ways when someone sends me a message and I try to reply to that message.Now... something interesting happended last night, I sent the message from my cell phone and it went through right away.

They have an app to submit properties as well.I found them as I was looking Craigslist for a real estate job to do on the weekends to get more familiar with real estate and start networking.
