Have I not addressed enough here about buying notes, the hoops, the collateral issues, foreclosures, due diligence, marketing aspects together with RE comments?

Especially with a low-cost property -- there are almost always repairs, etc that need to be addressed before you can start making money

Addresses that they didn't give me in the application.  

I think I'd ask for a meeting with the owner & broker and show up with a stack of 68 letters addressed to every single tenant in that building.  

Can the address of the property be in the ads?
