There are other reasons for the floor to slope in a northern New England building, and the main reason you get foundation pitch in a lot of buildings is that the foundation the builders used simply wasn't beefy enough.

But he does have other jobs to finish, unless he gets fired.I have actually been speaking with a modular home builder that can be a good solution.

I just spoke with a modular builder, that could tear down two houses and build 3 row homes.

They told me that they tried to get this issue fixed when the community was still under builder's warranty, but didn't get enough votes from the community, so they just fixed it thinking it was sufficient. 

That builder is doing 24 units and has a list of 87 applicants. 

Hello Friends,trying to evaluate investing in Single Family in Austin, Liberty Hill, Georgetown, Texas.Past year has been great price increase which is highly enticing.Only two things are the rents are 1600-1900 for 3 bedroom single family home wont cover the  mortgage+HOA+Pest control of 2500-2600andthe builders are building houses in huge huge numbers so is a glut or over supply coming ?

My speculation is that appreciation is likely to remain strong for the next 2-3 years then start leveling off as interest rates rise and builders try to keep up with demand and increase their builds.
