I’ve read 100 books, listened for to 100 I podcast, joined a REIA and now more than ever need to jump.

I'm looking forward to applying some of @David Greene's principles found in his long distance real estate book (shameless plug).

If I compromise on these things, bookings suffer.

@Nico Nakamura You should start by educating yourself, read such books as "multifamily millions" by David Lindahl and "apartment investing..." by Steven Berges, listen to podcasts and just network with like-minded investors virtually.
