It’s typically just s teaser low ball number to get you interested.

The problem is I'm already balls deep in another deal and stretched end to end financially.

But I also want them to see that I'm willing to move a little so I'm not just throwing low ball offers out there to see if they'll stick.

A $155k cash offer on a newly listed $169k asking price is not that low ball to me.
