Tired of blindly following the crowd of 401K stuffers, many have started looking at why so many wealthy people own real estate.

I get tired of hearing mom and pop landlords posting that "they are good tenants and have always paid on time".

May be you will send me some prayers....this was a guy in 2007 that was complaining that he was tired of his paycheck to payheck job and was fired for that . today  he is an iconic , affluent  and enterprising RE Investor.  

I have been a landlord for 9 years now and I am looking to scale up faster because I am tired of cubicle land.

Jack and Jill homeowner don't really ever do options 2 or 3, but at least it will get you in the habit of offering with and thinking about different scenarios.  2 and 3 is best for tired landlords, off-market.If the seller picks an option, ask for the LAs assistance or google up a standard PSA for your state. 

I am tired of dealing with these idiots.Just go on Craigslist and say you pay cash for houses and try to find the deals yourself  

They also have packages for FSBO, expireds, for rent by owner (finding tired landlords!)

I'm tired of this Honda let's get Mercedes insurance from the government. 

I understand that I'm a fairly new agent, but I'm tired of playing follow-the-leader. 

If we just clean and put a fridge, it seems I can get $800....but the appliances are tired.....My brain can justify both options, my gut says add a fridge and toilets and get $800......For what its worth, Zillow estimates the rent at $950.....but thats zillow.......What has worked for you veterans?
