These can do quite well in the Denver area if well furnished and marketed appropriately. 

You can post on Zillow yourself and you will have to show it or you can hire a realtor and they will show the property for you as well as do further marketing.

There are a ton of knowledgeable folks on here as well as an abundance of information.  

Your best bet is to build relationships well before asking about investing.

I think the actual settings will vary if you are managing directly on platform or using third party softwares, etc.As mentioned above I think risking going vacant over a major holiday will outweight the extra housekeeping cost.Also, I am not sure how much volume you are doing but do not pay cleaners extra for holidays. 

This is known as over-leveraging and comes with a lot of risk.

As you know Cash setting in the bank is not good. so looking to invest some in Mexico in what works without taking too much risk knowing the legal, political and safety situation.
