This way you have your recorded option and should be able to buy it from the Bankruptcy court for the amount owed at the time.They will be fixing their own credit by paying the mortgage, but put something in place to monitor that they are in fact paying it.

Hopefully she is the type that wants to pull her own weight, but in my experience this may be her subtle way of saying, we've been together for 4 years...time to either sh1t or get off the pot....but that is a decision to be made by y'all - get married or don't makes no difference to me.

Google reviews can easily be faked and I'm not sure BBB rankings carry much weight for these type of lenders.That's a rather large difference in interest between One True Loan and your local lender, but there is a lot of value in having that local relationship - especially moving forward into the future with new possible deals.

I know we can say no animals (and we do) in our leases but if they wanted to push their weight and show proof that they have an ESA certificate it appears as though there is not much to do even though he cannot be around them????

@Mona Arthur I am a Realtor and would suggest that you add a supplemental heat unit (Monitor heater, gas or propane fireplace, pellet stove) this way you can advertise more than one type of heat without replacing the entire heating system.
