@Jamie Turbyne this is a pretty loaded question and the answer isn't so simple. 

It forced my hand to load her up with all the activities that don't drive direct income to my business.

Its a Valid question but I have come to realize that it carries perhaps to much weight in the eyes of the majority of investors. 

@Edward L lauckern those are joists...if you were to notch a stud to get the wires to the correct distance they need to be from the face of the drywall you will basically be removing 50% of the width of a 2x4 stud, destroying any load bearing capacity it may have

The goal of losing weight was a failure however.

That should load you with enough info to be dangerous.

In both cases, I’ve used CURRENT rents and adjusted/stabilized the expense load to reflect your normal provided operating expenses.
