Most properties around Decatur (near where Emory is located) are super expensive, but Scottdale is at a much lower price point for being right on the edge of Decatur. 15 minutes from Emory (down the street from the Emory park and ride too) and 10 min to downtown Decatur.

Quiet streets. 

Start with your neighborhood and get to know each street.

If you don't want to provide the exact address, you could at least provide the street, closest intersection, neighborhood, etc.

Check with your business attorney.Otherwise, yes - hire a service having no connection to your building: a kid up the street as suggested, a professional landscape business, etc.

El cajon can be a tricky area as some streets are horrible and 3 streets over it is good. 

I have looked at several properties and one thing has stood out, lack of off-street parking.

I immersed myself in learning every equipment, how they work, price points, what was "un/cool", all the celebs in the industry, all the local top dogs, ect.I later became interested in tuner cars and street racing when I was 17.  

A wholesaler or a bird dog dose the nasty telemarketing, foot stomping, street sign hanging work that most don't want to do and investors don't have time for.

What major cross streets is it by, if you don't mind me asking?
