What's a typical ROI percentage rate and time-frame on that return?  

If I'm an agent under a WV broker than a percentage of the commission on deals I do will go to the Broker.

You will lose multiple percentage points on the conversion rate with most banks.  

I am willing to trade a few percentage point in interest for that.

Once you get above $18k, the lower percentage kicks in for your employer contributions (aka profit sharing).

There are a few articles on the site about questions to ask when in your shows, but I generally want to know a few things:Is it flat fee or percentage?

Some property managers will do it for less than 10%.Be careful using a friend at a discounted rate unless they have experience and could likely do a better job than a local property manager.Many property managers only charge the flat percentage rate which includes finding, advertising and screening applicants and showing up to court.
