I'm 25 so my regular career is only now starting to become successful and I'm at a point where I want to save and earn money instead of blow it all so I'm starting to work on the RE portfolio.

And if its investment property go to work for a commercial brokerage.. you will start out with leasing and lower end stuff but hanging around brokers that have 20 to 40 years at it is what you want.. its their job to make deals.. and you will create a long term career for yourself. that's my take on it.... when I first got on BP I got a ton of that HEY can I buy you lunch..

What was your biggest legal issue in your career as a real estate investor and how you could have prevented it?

The home prices are lower but it seems like an area that will be growing in the upcoming years.

January 1st is coming up, and with it comes a list a mile long of things that will be different in the upcoming twelve months.

Less family planning to get in the way, more stable income from career/business, more level headed decisions, the benefit of time and wisdom that a 20yr old simply won't have, and many more great attributes.
