Uneasy times in the Calgary market should soon create some opportunity for investors.While consuming all of the information here on BP, keep in mind though much of it is universal, it does have a U.S.A. bias and things will be a little different here, particularly in finance, regulation and taxation.

I like boilerplate leases specific to the state that are used through real estate companies and other professional outfits because they usually have pertinent information that someone not experienced in drafting language, such as myself, might miss.

It's anecdotal so far, meaning that if you've researched title, you'll need a copy of the trust and review for language giving successor trustee certain powers.Most trusts have provisions for the successor trustee to sell trust assets persist to the terms of the trust upon apron appointment.
