I'm not afraid of long distance properties as long as I have a good management team. 

I have a great team and so now I spend very little time in the day to day.

I will be working at this on a full time basis and have experience painting and plastering rental properties  I also realize I must develop a team including sub contractors. 

I like to work to my strengths and a good team to help to help support my areas of weakness.
