Any recommendations for affordable companies that provide this coverage in Northwest Indiana?

I've been networking locally and met a successful investor who recommended section 8 to me.

My main recommendation is to join meetups so you can connect with like minded people!

I recommend reading the book, "Real Estate by the Numbers" by J Scott and Dave Meyer to get a better idea of what this looks like.

I recommend that you attend local REI networking groups and meetups to connect with fellow real estate investors.

@Eric McginnI would only recommend it if you are ok with also having a strong chance you will have to foreclose at a later date on the borrower and go through that process .
