I am clueless.Yes you can sell using Sub To, Land Contract, Owner Financing - what is frowned upon and difficult to do correctly is Lease Option.

There's an option for $50k loan amount as long as the value is $75k or higher....fees and rate will be bit higher than higher loan amounts.

Some stuff works for holds, while some work for lease options, while some works for flips.

I'm definitely going to weigh each option going forward.

Or better yet listed on Zillow and put in the comments that you would consider a lease or selling with lease option for the property.

Yes, there are options for financing a boat that can be similar to a home equity line of credit (HELOC).

If you are looking to leave your job, i think fix and flips would be the better option.
