Not enough info here to tell you what your property would rent for but1) Zillow is inherently (and notoriously) unreliable when it comes to pricing with their "Zestimate", and 2) An opinion from a real professional person always trumps a Zestimate, and3) The fact that two independent sources are giving you similar signals is a strong indication that Zillow is wrong, which is no surprise (see #1 above).

@Shawn SkaggsKeyBank has a very strong HELOC for the primary residence.I got one late last year for Prime -0.25%, which is effectively 4% today.The structure is 15 years interest only and then it terms out for 15 years Throughout the life of the loan you have the option to term out a portion of your balance and lock it into a fixed rate.
