Hello BP Community,I have been approached by the holder of a seller-financed note (for a property I purchased from them) asking if I would be able to repay my note earlier than agreed. 

Has anyone transferred a rental from a LLc in one state to an LLC in another state?

As a general contractor, I have a strong understanding of the buying, selling, and financing processes, which gives me an edge in evaluating and improving properties.

The client is in the early planning stages, hiring an architect now.

You run the risk of the IRS classifying the property as 'personal use' if you rent the property for a lot less than FMV.

We have a pretty solid lease that has served us well on our properties but on the most recent move-out by a long-term tenant that always paid early, we had to clean from floor to ceiling and everything in between. 

Hello,I was hoping to receive some advice regarding the best business account to use specifically to handle larger wires on a tight timeframe. 

With interest rates on the rise, how have you adjusted your funding strategies?

I did a couple of fixes/flips last year and am now looking to do another this year. 

The private funding source STOPPED funding the project while construction was going on.
