With a client that will never accept that offer, the listing agent/owner can choose to either reject it outright or hang on for a month and let everyone else know "There is an offer we have been unable to come to terms with yet so send your highest and best".I never invented the shotgun approach to making offers.

By definition, as I understand the definition, a wholesaler has no intention of buying the product, so if they are unable to locate a buyer they typically walk away leaving the seller with nothing.

I've read that it's possible to alter deeds so that they're unable to be used for specific purposes, and there's also the option of putting them into a non-profit syndicate of sorts where rental proceeds will be used to provide assistance or donations for other matters.
