Hello @Bella Kauf I sent you a long message on how you can determine on whether or not a property property will cash flow for you or not. 

Being taught about business from folks who lived in academia is practically useless.I’d hope a masters in accounting would give you more specialized skills that would aid with the exam and your career.My 2 cents. 

Hello, Looking for reliable roofer with quality work in the Chicago area that specializes in flat roofs.

I am a high school special education teacher in San Marcos, California. 

There is a refi program that allows borrowers to cash out their equity for solar panels with special guidelines but i can't find an outlet/lender to broker to. 

Only has a PO box and a friend at a local business who will take messages(and also gives her legal advice).I have given 30 days notice, but I'd bet money she wants to take this to court ect.I want to try to do a cash for keys but I am not hopeful (I tried once already and she ignored it).Help, is there nothing I can do but brace for the pain?

Not sure about the value of MHs in your area but where I am it’s nothing but a pile of junk specially the ones in need of work. 4 years??
