I'm an investor in the southern Ky area and focus on multi family housing.

One of my houses right now has a 50+ foot Southern Magnolia that is beautiful and needs to be cut to the ground and stump ground because 40 or 50 years ago it was planted in a horrible spot, has clogged my sewer lateral before badly with roots, is killing all the rest of the front lawn, growing into the gutter and onto the roof, and in general looks horrible against the house because it is right on top of it.

Are there any investors located in Southern Illinois?

The key is it has to be within a few hours drive for us (MA, NH, southern ME).

This is the second federal court to strike down such ordinances; earlier this year the federal district court for the Southern District of Ohio ruled that the point of sale ordinance of the City of Oakwood in the Dayton area was also unconstitutional.Under the Bedford ordinance the City required an inspection before selling a property, along with payment of an inspection fee.

I have a friend that use to work very closely with one of the top producers from southern ca (he's on the Wall Street list) and his marketing cost is exactly at 10% as well.Thank you for your comments.
