If you have a broker who shops out the policy they should be able to get you the best pricing with the correct valuation.

The free option is just pick up the phone and call 3 or 4 commercial MF brokers from the bigger shops, say you’re an investor and ask for some comps / old OMs, which will have rent analysis.

I’m ready to pull out my credit card and pay someone Big bucks to train me when in reality most of the trainers know less than I do :-) my kind wife usually correctly or incorrectly thinks I’m so smart she discourages me from much more paid training.
