Fires in parks happen, but now of three, two were caused by humans one intentional and one most likely unintentional but still man-made.After this fire, I decided to start selling my park-owned homes.

What I see is the bulk of the posts seem to be just be people just looking to sell something. 

An agent can make maybe only $1,500 on a  50k listing for the same amount of work it would take to sell a 500k listing, while a wholesaler can mark it up 5k, 10k or 20k if the price was right. 

I also have a nice cash flowing 4 plex in IL that I’m planning to sell off market. 

Been paying mortgage and upkeep bills and now debating on whether to sell or rent it out.
