If the investor has all those properties in separate LLCs, they would only be risking losing a single property in a law suit.Another option for investors who plan on continuing to scale their investing portfolio would be to implement a Series LLC.

I know I'd be giving up some of the value but I'd be okay with that if it was a mutually beneficial partnership that could be scaled with revenue sharing throughout the rental period and on any upside from a refinance or sale.
