IMHO preforeclosures are but one method to obtain properties; by using multiple methods you would find more deals; the law of averages will work in your favor.Best of luck

I dont know if there is some crazy CA law about not taking a contractor and appraiser in but i think it is a good idea.

I am learning about zoning here in NYC and could probably apply the skills such as how to read (zoning text is sometimes not written in english) and interpret different zoning laws in NJ, where I plan to do my investing.

I know they created laws to block fax spam, so maybe cel phones could get some similar laws set up.

A couple of questions for you C Martin:Where did you educate yourself about ripple effects on my state's foreclosure laws (and documentation, workout requirements, etc.)All these types of laws are what I am struggling to find gathered so that I know the laws and regulations that I should be following.
