Would like to know some good locations in Memphis to buy a turn key property.

I said it was a huge mistake, but everyone told me they were in an excellent location and the numbers would work. 

This could include different property types or locations within Florida.

Specifically, I'm thinking about getting properties which ideally satisfy the 2% rule or at least are significantly above the 1% rule (ratio of monthly rent to purchase price + renovation cost).Given these goals and the fact that my constraints, I have the following questions:a) Which markets are best to look at ?

I need advice or assistance on how I should go about this Bundle Deal of distressed properties I just came across.The bundle includes 13 properties (all single-family) that all add up to $407,150 and all but possibly 2 are not in shape to be rented out and would need rehab done to it.

Only turnkey properties which I rent for 1% to 1.5% of the purchase price.

Try looking into zillow/Redfin and see what your potential rents you can get near the neighborhood by filtering the bedrooms/bathrooms of the intentional property that you are planning to buy.
