Don't just read the lease!

I am in Colorado and have reviewed and read through the 17 page contract to buy and sell real estate (residential) but am confused on what all I have to review with the seller and what I do and don't fill out.

Though I have a full time job as a tennis coach, I am looking to buy and hold rentals in another market, which is why I am currently reading David Greene's "Long-Distance Real Estate Investing". 

Both of which are cost and I make $0 on either one.If anyone wants to know the actual truth behind Adam's claims feel free to read through the verified counterclaim I filed as the lender in lawsuit on 2 properties I lent to Adam and his father on.

I’ve been reading up on the requirements of becoming an agent and that I have to sign up with a broker.

I have a goal to own at least one property by the end of 2018.In the past month I have listened to over 20 BP podcasts and have read or are reading the following books:Richest Man in BabylonLong-Distance Real Estate InvestingRich Dad Poor DadThe Book on Rental Property InvestingI have been recommended to keep learning and to get busy networking!

I’ve read Keller Williams is great for their training programs but you may not care about that if your mostly looking to act as an agent for your own deals.
