What are the pros and cons of leasing to a company like Regis or We Work?

That sounds like a good deal, but yeah i got to learn the pros and cons and must have a trustworthy partner.  

Obviously both scenario's have their pros and cons, but generally speaking, as people build a their portfolio's what scenario do you find yourself in and why? 

I always thought multi families were a go to because each year rents raise which also means each unit pays perhaps a additional 50 every year.What is the pros and cons of single family to multi family?

We have many SFR to quad.There are pros and cons to both SFR and commercial multi family (5+ units).I see the scale and potentially the passiveness as two big advantages of MF.
