I’m in the military and we have moved and are in the process of selling the unit. 

Claims the processes just keeps restarting.

Gotcha, I misunderstood the RUBs process, I thought they units would have to be submetered, thanks for the info!

I've used LendingHome three times so far and they have been pretty good but some of their processes can be a little frustrating and some of their costs have increased lately - $200 draw fee (average is around $150) and their underwriting fee is $995.

I am interested in the BRRRR strategy, but I am locked into a 1 year lease in my apartment complex starting in August, and I would love to start the process before then if at all possible. 

Basically in the process of helping out a local college regarding their future expansion I was told some now public information regarding multiple homes the college needs to give away or demolish.

And they were warned going into the process that because there was no hardship, they should expect for the lender to come back without a waiver or asking for a contribution. 

I simply wanted to see if I were overlooking the obvious.

But it is all part of the learning process so good job for going this far.

How does the Auction Process work, how soon after winning the bid do you have to come up with the money?
