It's what I did and what I've seen many in our circle do to move up to syndications and private placements is the way to go.As a limited partner in these deals, you're not dealing with the day-to-day.

I personally keep it private. 

Bridge and private money, depending on strategy needed.

Our agreement is for a structure shared by two properties, but we have found signification  cross-over from Private road maintenance ags.think this is too specific - google only came up with a couple free samples we could review.Any outlines from experience also helpful. 

For me, I rather invest in a reit etf or more private reit like fund rise.

I've been approached by a local real estate investor to become his "private lender" on fix and flips he does. 

There may also be other creative financing alternatives available, such seller financing, partnerships, private money lenders, or utilizing the equity in your current home.Do extensive due diligence to evaluate a multi-family property's finances, condition, rental prospects, and market worth before making an offer.
