I'm about to graduate with my Bachelor's in Physics at Southern Connecticut State University, and I have aspirations to find a job within the IT sector out in the Austin, TX area.I was turned on to the idea of growing wealth through a real estate portfolio after I saw a YouTube video on how a 36 year old was able to retire while earning a very comfortable living through his real estate investments.

Since I am 60 years old I have more to offer with my age and experience in construction and real estate.I found BP about 19 months ago while I was medically recovering and looking for something that is more flexible because of my physical condition and my jobs of working for others and  doing the 9 to 5 regularity.

Before physically looking at it I assumed his price was a little high but maybe it looked better on the inside than the out (boy was I wrong).

You can try and do it yourself but you're selling the "experience" more than the physical property and it's hard to outsource that "experience" to a handyman and a cleaner.2.)

It may very well be tight with my house hacking it.

Instead they use parcel numbers.Do any of you know how to find a physical addresses parcel number in Ramsey county (or probably any other county for that matter)?

Developers physically pick up their stuff, throw it on the street and kick them out?

Sometimes that is not possible because of local laws and regulations and sometimes it is not possible because the tenants will move to a property where they don't charge for utilities.So you might actually look at physically separating the utilities.

Life insurance is meant to insure that your heirs that depend on you for their well being do not become destitute of you die.

If not, why focus on areas you can't physically see?
