So when a perspective tenant pulls up to one of our properties the curb appeal has an immediate impact. 

A friend of mine told me about her parents' vacation rental arrangement, and this setup really appeals to me. 

Smaller towns hold the most appeal for living but more populated areas are where good investments are found so it has to be in a reasonable driving distance from a somewhat larger city.
