I also am utilizing a 401K at my work currently with a full 6% match (contributing 6% to take full advantage of the match) so that will continue to grow over the years as well (10K currently and performing well in a target date 2050 vanguard fund).

Especially very small local banks.Outside of that, they don't take random calls from people they don't know, which is when they will use a listing agent to put the home on the MLS.There was a time when the investor pool was very small and anyone could call a bank and get their list of non performing properties.
