Asked if many people are refinancing and extending out their amortization from say 10 years back out to 15 or 20 due to refinancing at balloon periods. 

Another idea we’ve been dabbling with given western Michigan’s coast is short term rentals in one of the beach towns along the lake.Would love to hear people’s thoughts, share their experiences, or give any advice regarding the GR market and surround area. 

We found twice as many people actually living in the home as what was shown in the leases, amongst pets, including a ferret.

There is a process to picking the market to work in and buying for both cash flow and appreciation (many people think the midwest or south is only for cash flow - not true). 

I'm curious about people's experience with property management fees for mid-term rentals?  

We actually have a couple dozen great communities built specifically for STR and we have much much more than Disney that people come here for.

It would even shock people without money problems, that's a $5400 a year hit...
