I totally understand where you're coming from.Sounds like you need to get a more confident estimate on the MTR rental income you can expect.

I'm potentially looking at moving my business elsewhere and am interested in hearing recommendations from people who have had better experiences with property management companies in the area.

I would just look at deals other people aren't looking at aka expired listings, 100+ on market, etc.
