Of course, everything in construction is petroleum based at some point... roofing has gotten ridiculously expensive in the past 8 months, and lumber keeps rising on us... to the point that we've shopped our lumber packages around a couple of times now.

Brandon Turner, I just read that post and I'm actually putting together a package for a "Bob" right now.

I will be working on so projects where we are basically designing our own customize loan package.

You can get a package of 4 SS (Dish, Fridge, Micro, and stove) from HHGregg or someone like that, we get 'em here in Jax for about 1800, 2300 installed.
