i know there are a ton of awesome resources on here to analyze and track single deals( if you haven't checked out House Flipping Spreadsheet then you should) BUT what i can't seem to find is something that comprehensively tracks all your current projects so that you know money is going to be coming out for X property, when money will be coming in from Y property and what the ongoing interest is with your private lender on Z properties .
