Two of those properties ended up as LTRs which also made decent returns so I'm not a total newbie to real estate.So I've got three projects I'm looking at that will affect timing etc.1- My wife and I are currently more than half way through building a new primary residence house north of Asheville, projected completion in October.

I will tell you stuff that I never see anyone posting online.I will tell you that, like real estate, because it is real estate, location, location, location is important.

There are appraisal fees, inspection fees and other fees involved on your end when you buy a property.When a seller has a need to sell quickly (job loss, job transfer, medical reason, marriage, divorce, probate) they sometimes will take speed and no hassle over list on the MLS.

I went to the headquarters and talked to "new buisness" "purchasing" "conservation" and ended with the "office of the secretary" I tried emailing for a public records request for water that's been shut off in the Oakland area preferably and surrounding areas if that wasnt to much to ask.

So you will end up with a rookie that will do it for cheap and cause you to lose your EMD or a discount shop that will barely answer your phone call. 

But the "Master bath" had never been built out.

And I also realized that I wouldn't make a claim unless I had a major loss anyways, as it'd likely make my premium skyrocket (and would perhaps make the provider not want to renew at the end of the year).
