I'm looking for a live-in-then-rent property with a bit more elbow room than the neighborhoods I mentioned (nothing against those areas just looking for a bit more bang for my buck).

Has anyone had experience with a Boston-region prefab building company for multi-family development?

I am currently looking into the same permits and inspections process for a multi family apartment in wynwood so I would be interested in seeing any of these answers.

I’m ready to buy a small multi-unit or single family home but I need a investor friendly realtor and lender.

When the market was down, I initially preferred to invest in SFRs from the standpoint of having a better exit strategy and because I could buy a SFR for the same unit cost as a unit in a multi family property.

Do they think they have multi offers, so they want to profit off the financing...?
