That won't work for a mini-hotel. 

The only people I have ever seen on this board get good things out of gurus/masterminds/etc. are people who already have a fair amount of capital and understanding of finance, and feel its an affordable expense that will help them transition to this new arena.

It's not easy and not for the faint of heart, or the one's stressing about small variances in finances.

If the commercial real estate market causes some banks to fail as predicted by Powell (see yahoo finance article attached) what correlation will we see in the economy as a whole?

I have run into issues with getting financing because of the LLC or trust.
