I use to have a different account for each, but then banks started charging fees for accounts that basically weren't being used so I lost half my account (The other half I have free for life no matter what because of the promo when I opened them).  

I agree with you that I am almost never on budget, mostly over, but I try to bring the mouse in a condition where all components have at least 10-20 years of life left (which means replacing a lot of course).One thing that you do and I think I will change is to not finish the basements.

I don't want to work in a corporate position for the rest of my life, which is one of the reasons I'm pursuing real estate.
