Looking for:Someone to tighten replace metal roof screws.Fix loose gutters and seal a few spots.Thin out small trees and underbrush.I know there are a lot of PF area cabin owners on here that may have contacts.We could have an even better mountain view (270degree) if many of the small trees saplings are removed.Thanks!

I wanted to get estimates because I don’t want to sign a contract and be bound to have repairs that I can’t afford at this time.  

(for example the area we're looking at a house producing 100k in income asking 1.2million) when you factor in taxes, maintenance, cleaning, etc that barely breaks even or even looses a bit.

The more you narrow down at the beginning the harder it is to find opportunities, but when you understand the numbers, did your market research, know the economy is stable and growing, you can't loose.  

In order for a tenant to get the water put in their name, they must show a lease agreement, then the water dept checks for a dwelling permit, if there isn't one, they contact the health dept and all hell breaks loose.

I've found that the VAST majority of credit card users loose money because the teaser "0% for xxx months" turns into 18+% with a balance still remaining in the long run.

You are bound by whatever your lease states, but if it doesn't have specifics then you have a little bit of flexibility.

Thats the catcher here...is that unless you can work with the city to give you a CO then no matter what pay out you get you could still loose the house.
