Why do you think purchase contracts are so long and have such small print?

Hello,I’ve been interested in REI for the last 15 years, I’ve tried to learn as much as possible.

The project took too long, partly due to the power company taking 3 months to move service and poor communication with the county for permits.

I signed up to this website as per recommended from an US investor I met last year.Currently beginning my REI journey with my primary focus being on the BRRR method.  

The loan also contained a substitution of guarantee clause, as long as the substitute guarantor had a met a minimum credit score, which the builder/investor did.

I used to go strictly white but for the last 5 years or so I've been using a really light gray with white moldings and doors.

Many in the last generation had nothing.

Properties that were converted a long time ago, or likely converted without permits, and not to today's building regulations.Not knowing how the property was separated by its units means that you don't know where the electrical, plumbing, or other mechanicals run.

The roof needs to last at least 3 years and it more than likely needs to be replaced and I need to update the panel box from fuses to circuit breaker.

I have 9 doors in Denver/WI and have done short term, medium term, long term, rent by the room and I’m currently house hacking while renting out my basement and cut my mortgage in half.
