I'm looking for a referral to an attorney or legal service that will represent myself (landlord) in eviction court, and to handle the paper work for that (in the Cincinnati market, which is Hamilton County, OH). 

Get some good legal advice on the structure and you go create that community.

You don't want to start the loan until you have permits in hand and are ready to build since they're usually 1-yr loans.

LOL.. those are legal docs that need to be done correctly and some of those guys have nice groups all put together with a cadre of investors ready to rock and roll.
