Simply by itself $900K paid to the govt means an annual loss of $50K - $70k that could be going to your pocket each year - even if using a passive 1031 model.While paying off the debt on your other properties might seem like it would generate more income for you it's kind of a red herring.

The money you make is tax-free if it's your primary 2 out of the last 5 years (if you rent it for a while, I believe there are some taxes, but it's prorated on time based on what I remember - not tax advice).
