You can then give them your criteria about location, size and rent range and see what they bring you.As for management, they are the largest retail real estate company by far in the southern part of the US and have a robust management company.  

I have American Home Shield, which is the largest home warranty company and most reputable from my research.  

This is also reality for the largest corporations.

Maybe try a line of credit loan on your largest valued property, or 2 highest.
